Luang Pu Dum Wat Tuyong(Shigong of Ajarn Jo) & Teacher of King Rama 9 of Thailand
Phra Rutti Rangsee (Luang Pu Dum) is a monk who is strict in the discipline of monkhood and high level of samadhi(mediation) and visha( Magic).
Luang Pu Dum, formerly known as Surname Jantarak, was born on Saturday, February 6, 2436 at Na Thap Subdistrict, Chana District, Songkhla Province. His mother named Phuan Nuan Chantharak. He began studying at home and was taught by his father since young and by the age of 16, he was able to read and write. He also studied Khmer books, hence, he is very fluent in both Thai Khmer and Pali until proficient.

When he was a novice, he could not join monkhood because he needs to take medicine which requires some mixture of alcoholic medication. Therefore, Luang Pu Dum was not in monkhood but then returned to ordination when he reached the age of 22 years and was named the first nickname "Noom Tiamano". Afterwards, he traveled to Bangkok.
He then went to the temple at Bowon Niwet Temple Patriarch Krom Luang Chinworasiriwat (Prince Puchong) Rajabophit Temple. He then changed his name to the new name "Noo Thiyo", which is a noun meaning "who is the place of enjoyment".
Later on, Luang Pu studied the Buddhist Scriptures in Pali departments at Wat Mahathat, Yuwarat Rangsarit. Afterwards, he returned to Pattani province once again to stay at the Mujalin Wapi Temple, Nong Chik District, Pattani Province.
At that point of time, Luang Pu was tasked to raise funds for the construction of Wat Changhai, the most famous Lp Thuad Temple. And he managed to complete the whole temple including the bot within his life time which is a huge accomplishment.
His works were all related to Luang Pu Thuad, Wat Changhai. He was the chairman of the ceremony to raise the royal Luang Pu Thuad, Changhai Temple, the first bucha in C.E.1946. He also chanted Nuea Phong Luang Pu Thuad , Wat Changhai B.E.2505(C.E.1962). Due to his high level of spiritual practice, and his discipline, he won the respect of people from all around the world and he also became the master of King Rama 9.
After the pass away of Luang Pu Dum, Wat Tuyong which is the temple of Luang Pu Dum, has built a pavilion enshrining the statue of Luang Pu Dum for Buddhists.
